Shipping Policy

I send all orders via Royal Mail. All orders are designed, printed, packaged, dispatched and sent by me from the UK. As I am running this shop independently, please allow a minimum of 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched; I will always try my best to get everything sent out as soon as I can. Please remember that due to COVID, some deliveries may be delayed.

In most cases, shipping will be calculated at checkout as this is dependent on the items you have ordered and the destination country. (Larger prints cost more to deliver due to packaging sizes.)

UK SHIPPING
all UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed delivery and aim to be delivered next day after dispatch. shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on what items are purchased.

Royal Mail First Class is generally good at getting delivered quickly, but if you require full tracking or guaranteed delivery please purchase a shipping upgrade with your order. if you do not upgrade, I will not be able to track your order once dispatched but I will be able to know if/when it has been signed for.

Royal Mail does not consider a First Class order as lost until at least 10 working days after dispatch, so please wait until that time has passed before reaching out as I will be unable to gain any information until then. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
all international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard and shipping rates are calculated at checkout dependent on items ordered and destination country. International Standard shipping does not include order tracking, if this is something you require, please purchase a shipping upgrade with your products

please remember that unless you purchase a shipping upgrade, I will not be able to track your order after dispatch. international orders can occasionally get delayed up to 6 weeks but once in the hands of Royal Mail, this is beyond my control. 

Royal Mail does not class an International Standard order lost until at least 6 weeks after dispatch, please allow that time to pass before querying your order as I will not be able to gain information until then.

GENERAL INFO
✸ Please ensure your address and personal details are entered correctly at checkout and if you do notice any errors, get in contact with me so I can make any edits before dispatch. Once an item has been dispatched/shipped I am unable to make any changes!
✸ I will send a shipping confirmation once your order has been posted, please check your spam folder in case it gets sent there!
✸ I cannot refund an order if it has been sent to an incorrect address. Ideally, if this happens it will get sent back to me and I can attempt a re-delivery to the correct address.
✸ If you need an item for a gift or special occasion, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate this - I would advise purchasing a shipping upgrade to ensure that the order is delivered ASAP. Please bare in mind that once orders are in the hands of Royal Mail, there is nothing more I can do to speed up the process.
✸ Due to sizing, A3 Prints are the most expensive to send. If you are wary about shipping costs, I would recommend purchasing smaller print sizes or stickers that can be sent as large letters rather than parcels.
