SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, please be sure to read the shipping policy here.

 

Will I be charged customs?

International customers may have to pay import duties/customs charges when the order arrives in their country. This now may include EU customers also. 

Please note: it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any import/customs charges that may occur. These fees often depend on the destination country and are therefore unable to control or predict. Unfortunately these costs are beyond my control! :-(

 

Can I change the address listed on the order?

If for any reason you need to edit or update the address listed on your order, you will need to [email me] ASAP to correct this before the order has been dispatched. Unfortunately, if the order has already been dispatched/shipped, there will be nothing I can do to amend the order.

 

PRODUCTS

What paper is used for prints?

Currently I use high-quality, 300gsm paper with a matte finish for all print sizes. 

 

What paper is used for stickers?

High-quality glossy vinyl sticker paper is now used for all sticker products.

 

Why do my prints/stickers look slightly different than on instagram?

It is important to remember that colours will always look different on a screen than when printed. I try my absolute best to match the colours to the best of my ability and to keep the products looking vivid and bright - using high quality paper, a professional printer and optimum colour settings - but there may be some slight differences which are always to be expected when printing. Some designs from my instagram have been reworked for print sizes, which may change the layout due to the difference in dimensions. All images on the product page will show how the product will look, so please refer to these rather than designs posted on my social media. In some cases, some designs from instagram were unable to be reworked or the files were lost which is why not every design from instagram is available here. 

ORDERS

How are orders packaged?

All print orders are packaged in plastic covers, tissue and a sturdy strong card-backed mailer. Sticker orders are packaged in paper bags and small, sturdy strong card-backed mailers.

 

Part of my order is missing?

I'm really hoping that this never happens but if you are missing an item from your order I am so sorry for the mistake and inconvenience. Please do contact me and I will get it sorted for you!

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

I currently do not accept returns or exchanges, so please bare this in mind when ordering! That being said, if there are any issues with your order or you are not happy with your items, please contact me and I will do my best to help!

 

I haven't recieved any information about my order?

I will always try my absolute best to communicate as quickly and efficiently as possible! All order updates should be from [email protected] so make sure to check your spam folder too!

 

My order is late?

Due to COVID, there may still be some shipping delays. If your order is being shipped internationally, please try to be as patient as possible! If you are worried about the status of your order, please contact me and I will do my best to investigate. Make sure to check the shipping policy for more delivery info.

 

MISC

Do you do custom orders/comissions?

I can offer custom orders and can work on comissions when I have time. I will likely share on instagram whenever my comissions are open. However, please get in touch with me via email if you are interested in a custom order or working together! [email protected] 

 

I've seen your works being sold/copied/posted somewhere else?

I am currently only selling my works here on this online store. If you have come across someone else or another brand selling, using or copying my work please inform me so I can take action! I do not allow anyone to use, sell or share my work without permission and doing so is a copyright violation! 

 

How can I share your work or share your products?

If you would like to repost my work on instagram, please be sure to repost the original image with the watermark, no editing or cropping and tag me in both the caption and image! I would also love to see any images of by_ilari products you've ordered, so feel free to post and tag me in those too!
