my name is ilara may (she/her), aka ilari, the creator of by-ilari; a design space and store producing and selling positive and playful designs!

i am a self-taught creative based in the uk and have been registered blind my whole life. because of my visual impairment/lack of sight, I love and am drawn to bright colours, interesting shapes and bold type. I hope my positive and playful designs can bring as much fun and hope into your life as they have to mine by designing them.

I really appreciate all the support I have recieved since starting by-ilari on instagram in january 2021 and am incredibly grateful for any orders placed here also! even simply stopping here to have a lil look means the world, thank u! ✿
